The team is led by Libby and alongside her are very highly motivated and professional management and care teams who provide care which stems from the heart. StellarCare works closely with its clients, families and other associated parties. We strive to provide an exceptional service.

Our mission is to provide quality attendant care services to our clients.
Our attendant care programs will be flexible and individualised, with a primary focus on identifying client needs and obtaining a clear understanding of their choices, aspirations and desires. Our staff will be committed to working with the clients and respecting their individual and specific needs. Where possible when implementing their unique care model, participation from our clients will promote positive outcomes for them.
